Shipping & Returns

Non-quality Problems.
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Quality Issues:
The unconditionally returns from our customers are acceptable within 7 days after you get the package. Please send the photographs clearly showing the problem with the item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we will send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
Refuse a shipment.
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will also not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the web.
